We process only the data you provide through our forms (contact, demo request, job application) and minimal technical data needed to operate the site.

• Form data: name, email, optional company, message, and for job applications also CV file and link. Stored in our database in the European Union.
• Technical data: IP address (used only for rate limiting and abuse prevention), browser type, and pages visited.
• Analytics: aggregated usage data, only if you accept analytics cookies (see Cookies below).

We process your data to respond to your inquiries, evaluate job applications, run the website securely, and, with your consent, measure how the site is used so we can improve it.

Legal bases (GDPR): your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for analytics cookies, contract or pre-contract steps (Art. 6(1)(b)) for demo requests and job applications, and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in running and securing the site.

We use a small number of cookies. Essential cookies enable core functionality (session, security) and do not require consent. Analytics and advertising cookies fire only if you accept them in the cookie banner.

We use Google Tag Manager with Consent Mode v2. Until you decide, all non-essential tags are blocked by default. You can change your decision at any time by clearing the qobotic-cookie-consent entry in your browser storage; the banner will reappear on your next visit.

Your data is processed by us and by a small number of vetted service providers acting as processors on our behalf:

• Resend for transactional email (confirmations and internal notifications when you submit a form).
• Google (Tag Manager, Meta Pixel via GTM) for measurement, only after consent.
• Cloudflare for DNS and edge delivery.
• Our infrastructure provider in the European Union for hosting and storage.

We do not sell personal data. We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area without standard contractual clauses where required.

Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, then archived or deleted in line with our retention schedule (typically up to 24 months for inquiries, longer for active job applicants with their consent). You can request deletion sooner at any time.

Under GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You can also withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO).
