The people behind
the stack.
No bloat. Every person ships.
Head of Robotics AI
Perception, motion planning, full-stack robot intelligence
Own the robot intelligence stack end to end: perception, motion planning, manipulation and autonomy. You'll lead a small, senior team and ship to humanoid fleets running in production across Europe.
- •7+ years in robotics or applied ML, with shipped autonomy or manipulation work
- •Strong grasp of perception (RGB-D, SLAM) and motion planning
- •Comfortable owning architecture and mentoring engineers
- •Hands-on: you still write and review code
ML Engineer
Training infrastructure, sim-to-real, behavior learning
Build the training and evaluation infrastructure behind our behavior models: data pipelines, sim-to-real, imitation and reinforcement learning, and reliable deployment to the fleet.
- •4+ years ML engineering, ideally robotics or RL/IL
- •Solid Python, PyTorch, and ML infra (data, training, eval)
- •Sim-to-real or behavior-learning experience a strong plus
Senior Robotics Engineer
ROS2, motion planning, manipulation, real-world deployment
Own significant chunks of the robotManager stack in production. Design and implement motion planning, manipulation and behavior orchestration on ROS2, deploy to humanoid and quadruped platforms across Europe, and mentor mid and junior engineers.
- •5+ years in robotics with ROS2 in production, not just prototypes
- •Deep experience in motion planning (MoveIt or similar), MPC or trajectory optimisation
- •Solid C++ and Python across the ROS2 stack
- •Shipped manipulation, mobile manipulation or humanoid work
- •Comfortable owning components end to end and reviewing others' code
Mid Robotics Engineer
ROS2, YOLO-based perception, sensor integration, behavior trees
Build and integrate perception and behavior modules on ROS2. Ship features that end up on robots running in customer environments, from tuning YOLO detectors to wiring behavior trees and sensor drivers.
- •3 to 5 years hands-on robotics engineering with ROS/ROS2
- •Working knowledge of computer vision (YOLO, OpenCV, depth cameras)
- •Python and C++ comfort in the ROS2 stack
- •Experience with sensor integration (RGB-D, LiDAR, IMU) and behavior trees
- •You have shipped robotics software beyond simulation
Junior Robotics Engineer
ROS2, Python, computer vision, growing into a full robotics role
Work alongside senior robotics engineers on real deployments. You will spend your time in ROS2, Python and computer vision, from data collection and dataset curation to shipping features on real hardware. Expect mentorship, code reviews and hands-on time with humanoids and quadrupeds.
- •0 to 2 years professional experience, robotics coursework, side projects or an internship count
- •Strong Python, comfortable in Linux and Git
- •Familiarity with ROS or ROS2 (from labs, projects or a bootcamp)
- •Basic computer vision (OpenCV or PyTorch), or eagerness to learn quickly
- •Curiosity, ownership and willingness to work with hardware in the lab
Computer Vision Engineer
Detection, 6D pose, RGB-D, model training and on-device deployment
Own the vision stack that our robots see the world through. Train and ship detectors (YOLO family and successors), 6D pose estimators and depth-aware perception. Push models to on-device inference on the robot while staying under strict latency budgets.
- •4+ years in computer vision or applied deep learning
- •Shipped object detection, segmentation or pose estimation to production
- •Strong PyTorch, plus model optimisation (ONNX, TensorRT, quantisation)
- •Experience with RGB-D perception and multi-camera calibration
- •Comfortable working end to end: dataset, training, deployment, monitoring
Full-Stack Engineer
Next.js, Prisma, admin dashboard and Operations Platform
Ship the Operations Platform that operators use to run robot fleets in production: dashboards, provisioning, telemetry views, admin tooling. You will own real user-facing features across the whole Next.js + Prisma + Postgres stack.
- •4+ years full-stack, strong React and TypeScript
- •Solid Next.js App Router experience and a good grasp of relational data modelling
- •Comfortable with authentication, permissions and multi-tenant patterns
- •Bonus: exposure to robotics, IoT or fleet-management interfaces
- •You care about correctness, ergonomics and shipping
Solutions Engineer
Enterprise deployments across logistics, manufacturing and automotive
Bridge our engineering team and enterprise customers. Scope pilots, design integrations, deploy robot fleets on customer sites across Europe, and translate real-world requirements back into product decisions.
- •4+ years in solutions engineering, field robotics or systems integration
- •Technical enough to read and write code, sharp enough to run a workshop with a customer
- •Comfortable travelling across Europe for deployments and workshops
- •Experience with logistics, manufacturing or automotive is a strong plus
- •Fluent English, additional European language a plus
